Refund & Vehicle Returns Policy
New Vehicles:
California law does not provide an automatic right to return a new vehicle after purchase. Once you sign the purchase contract, it becomes legally binding, and Nylah & Lyrics Logistics is generally not obligated to accept a return due to buyer’s remorse or a change of heart. Therefore, review all contract terms, and ensure it meets your needs before finalizing the purchase.
Used Vehicles:
For used vehicles, California offers consumers a specific protection known as the “contract cancellation option agreement.” Key points include:
- Eligibility: Nylah & Lyrics Logistics are required to offer this option for used cars priced under $40,000.
- Cancellation Period: If purchased, this agreement allows you to cancel the contract and return the vehicle within two days for any reason.
- Cost: The price for this cancellation option varies based on the vehicle’s cost:
- $75 for vehicles costing $5,000 or less.
- $150 for vehicles between $5,001 and $10,000.
- $250 for vehicles between $10,001 and $30,000.
- 1% of the purchase price for vehicles between $30,001 and $39,999.
- Restocking Fee: If you exercise this option, Nylah & Lyrics Logistics will charge a restocking fee.
- Nylah & Lyrics Logistics is not required by law to offer a cancellation option at all for vehicles over $40,000.
- Any restocking fee for vehicles over $40,000 would be entirely at the discretion of Nylah & Lyrics Logistics.
At Nylah & Lyrics Logistics, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their vehicle purchase. While California law does not mandate a return policy for vehicles priced over $40,000, we offer our customers the option to request a voluntary return under the following conditions.
- Eligibility for Return
- This policy applies only to vehicles purchased for $40,000 or more.
- The vehicle must be returned within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The vehicle must be in the same condition as delivered, with no damage, excessive wear, or additional mileage exceeding 100 miles.
- All original documentation, keys, accessories, and manuals must be returned.
- Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee will be assessed based on the following scale:

$40,000 – $60,000 | 5% of purchase price |
$60,001 – $100,000 | 6% of purchase price |
Over $100,000 | 7% of purchase price |
- This fee covers administrative processing, vehicle re-inspection, title/registration adjustments, and marketing expenses.
3. Additional Fees
- Excess mileage over 100 miles will be charged at $1.50 per mile.
- Any damage or alterations to the vehicle will be assessed and deducted from the refund.
- Any non-refundable government fees (title, registration, or taxes) paid at the time of purchase will not be reimbursed.
4. Final Approval
All return requests and restocking fee calculations are subject to final approval by Nylah & Lyrics Logistics Management. We reserve the right to decline a return request if the vehicle does not meet eligibility requirements.
5. Refund Timeline
Refunds, less applicable fees, will be processed within 14 business days from the date the vehicle is returned and inspected.

Important Considerations:
- No General Cooling-Off Period: California does not offer a general “cooling-off” period for vehicle purchases. Once you sign the contract, you are committed to the purchase.

EV Charging Equipment & Accessories Return Policy
Effective Date: February 28, 2025
1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return unused EV charging equipment and accessories under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or special-order items.
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified.
- Items missing original packaging, parts, or accessories.
- Final Sale or Clearance items.
3. Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns of EV charging equipment.
- Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
- If an item is defective or arrives damaged, customers must notify Nylah & Lyrics Logistics within 5 days of delivery.
- A replacement or full refund (including shipping) will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
5. Warranty Claims
Many EV charging products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. After the 15-day return window, customers must file warranty claims directly with the manufacturer. Nylah & Lyrics Logistics will assist in facilitating warranty claims if needed.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds (less any restocking fees) will be processed within 15 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy last 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@nylahlyriclogistics.com and send your item to: 2117 W 54TH ST STE 308, LOS ANGELES, CA 90062 US.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
