Shipping & Return Vehicle Policy 

 

1. Overview

At Nylah & Lyrics Logistics, we are committed to providing a seamless vehicle shipping process for customers purchasing vehicles directly from our website. This policy also applies to vehicles returned to Nylah & Lyrics Logistics for any reason, including restocking or warranty-related issues.

By purchasing or returning a vehicle, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Shipping of Purchased Vehicles

A. Shipping Eligibility & Requirements

  • Vehicles purchased from Nylah & Lyrics Logistics are available for shipping within the continental United States.
  • Shipping rates are determined by distance, vehicle size, and transport type (open or enclosed carrier).
  • Customers must provide a valid delivery address and be available to accept the vehicle upon arrival.

B. Shipping Process

  1. Order Confirmation: After purchase, customers receive a confirmation email with order details and estimated delivery time.
  2. Vehicle Inspection & Processing: Each vehicle undergoes a final inspection before shipment.
  3. Carrier Dispatch: Vehicles are transported by a certified auto carrier with insurance coverage.
  4. Delivery & Inspection: Upon arrival, the customer must inspect the vehicle before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Any concerns must be noted on the BOL before accepting the vehicle.

C. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery takes 7-14 business days, depending on distance and route availability.
  • Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.
  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or logistical factors are beyond our control.

D. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees vary and will be included at checkout.
  • Customers may also arrange their own vehicle transport, provided the carrier meets Nylah & Lyrics Logistics’ transport standards.

3. Vehicle Returns & Restocking

A. Return Eligibility

Vehicles may be returned under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 15 days of delivery.
  • The vehicle has not been damaged, modified, or altered from its original condition.
  • All original paperwork, keys, and accessories are included.
  • The vehicle meets the conditions outlined in our return policy agreement.

B. Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Customers must contact Nylah & Lyrics Logistics to initiate a return.
  2. Return Authorization: If the return is approved, we will provide shipping instructions.
  3. Vehicle Inspection: Upon receipt, the vehicle will be inspected for mileage, damage, and compliance with return terms.
  4. Refund or Restocking Fee Assessment: If applicable, refunds will be processed minus any restocking fees.

C. Restocking Fees

  • Vehicles valued over $40,000 are subject to a restocking fee of 5% of the purchase price.
  • Vehicles valued under $40,000 are subject to a restocking fee of 1%of the purchase price.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Warranty & Liability

  • All vehicles sold by Nylah & Lyrics Logistics are sold as-is unless otherwise specified.
  • Any warranty coverage will be stated in the original purchase agreement.
  • Nylah & Lyrics Logistics is not responsible for damages incurred during third-party transport. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier in such cases.
